- 2 banana, sliced
- 2 Handfuls of chopped curly kale
- 8 Strawberries
- 2 Teaspoon of peanut butter
- 200ml Semi skimmed milk
- Slice your bananas, wash and cut up all the strawberries, wash kale and if any big stalks on remove them.
- Place all ingredients into a smoothie maker or blender.
- Add peanut butter and milk of your choice.
- Mix together until nice and smooth.
- Drink straight away.
