Kale And Fruit Smoothie..


Serves 2:

Ingredients:
  • 2 banana, sliced
  • 2 Handfuls of chopped curly kale
  • 8 Strawberries
  • 2 Teaspoon of peanut butter
  • 200ml Semi skimmed milk


Method:
  1. Slice your bananas, wash and cut up all the strawberries, wash kale and if any big stalks on remove them.
  2. Place all ingredients into a smoothie maker or blender.
  3. Add peanut butter and milk of your choice.
  4. Mix together until nice and smooth.
  5. Drink straight away.
  6. Yummy!!

I love spinach and kale in our smoothies...

    1. Hi Suzy, yes that is my favourite. I make this recipe mostly with spinach and it tastes great :) Just swap the kale for a handful of spinach..
