4 Ways To Add More Asparagus Into Your Diet..


We love Asparagus here, we would eat it ever day if we could!! Today I'm sharing 4 fun ways to add more asparagus into your diet.


1.) 2 of my favourite things strawberries and asparagus so why not eat them together!? Cooked and cooled. A nice and low fat snack or lunch.


2.) Fried with bacon. How yummy and tasty!


3.) With cooked tomatoes and a boiled egg salad.


4.) Oven roasted veggies, how colourful and tasty...
