Pressure King Pro Recipes...

Another recipe for if you have a  Pressure King Pro : Chilli Con Carne...

Pressure King Pro cooking time: 30 minutes

  • 400g ground beef
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 50ml Red wine
  • 400g kidney beans, soaked
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 125ml beef stock
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp sugar

  1. Add the beef, onions, garlic, chilli powder, cumin and coriander. Stir together.
  2. Add the wine and stock, tip in the tomatoes and kidney beans, stir in the tomato puree, caster sugar, oregano and bay leaf.
  3. Mix together, close the lid and set the press pressure release valve to closed and press MEAT FUNCTION
