Banana And Blueberry Smoothie..


One of the easiest ways to start your day with some tasty vitamins is a nice and yummy smoothies or thick milkshake.


Ingredients:
  • 1 Extra large banana or 2 small one
  • 100ml Semi skimmed milk
  • 50g Blueberries
  • Few blueberries for topping


Method:
  1. Peel and chop the banana, wash blueberries and add to a smoothie maker or blender.
  2. Add semi skimmed milk and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve straight away.
  4. Optional extra : few blueberries
