Post-Workout Protein Smoothie..


Fancy trying out this post-workout protein smoothie? Specially created for Sevenhills Wholefoods by Deliciously Ella. Gluten + Dairy Free...


This protein packed creamy smoothie is great for refuelling your body post workout.
Serves: 1
Prep time – 1 minute
Blending time – 2 minutes

What you need:
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tbsp Sevenhills Wholefoods organic raw hemp protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp of raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla
  • 350ml almond milk
  • Big handful of spinach


What you do:
  1. Pit the dates then blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.

  4. I think I"m going to have to google Medjool dates, not sure what they are or where you can get them. Looks like a healthy smoothie! We need more smoothies like that :)

    1. Spinach is great in smoothies Keely, plus you don't really notice the taste so you get lots of good vitimins in :)
