Zespri® SunGold kiwifruit, Granola And Coconut Breakfast Pot..


I love breakfast pots for breakfast. How about trying out these Sungold kiwifruit, granola and coconut breakfast or brunch pots out?


Preparation time: 5 minutes
Serves 1

Ingredients:
  •  2 Zespri® SunGold kiwifruit, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 30g granola or sugar free muesli 
  • 1 pot of coconut yogurt
  • Coconut flakes to decorate

Instructions:
  1. Place the Zespri® SunGold kiwifruit in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Place the granola in a glass, spoon over the yogurt,top with the Zespri® SunGold kiwifruit and decorate with toasted coconut (or chopped dried apricots).

Per serving:305kcal, 13g fat, 4g saturated fat, 10.5g protein, 6g fibre,33g carbohydrate, 20g sugar, 0.2g salt
