Gluten Free Oaty Cookies...

Hello friends. Happy Monday.

Are you on a gluten-free diet or know someone who is?

If so I have a biscuit recipe for you today.

Why go without your favourite treats when you can make gluten-free ones that still taste just as nice?
Gluten Free Oaty Cookies. Yum. Yum.

These cookies are (Dairy + Gluten Free).

They’re totally, ridiculously moreish.

Serves: 10 cookies Prep Time: 15 mins

Cooking Time: 16-18 mins

How To Make Gluten Free Oaty Cookies:

What you need:
  • 1 x 200g Delicious Alchemy oaty cookie mix
  • 30ml water
  • 75g unsalted butter or dairy free alternative

What you do:

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan. Line a large baking tray with greaseproof paper. Pour the cookie mix into a bowl. In a pan, melt together the butter (or dairy free alternative) and water. Once melted, add to the cookie mix and mix well with a spatula.

Step 2:
Divide the mixture into 10 pieces, rolling each one into a ball using the palm of your hands. Place onto the lined baking tray and press down until each cookie is round in shape and 5mm thick. Bake for 16-18 minutes until golden.

Step 3:

Leave to cool for 2 minutes on the tray before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
