Fancy trying out these sweet potato wedges with worcester dip?
How much fun would these be at a Halloween party?
- Peel sweet potatoes and cut into wedges.
- Toss in a little Sarson’s Malt Vinegar, light soy sauce, olive oil and finely chopped chilli and roast in preheated oven at 200ºC for 40 minutes until golden.
- Serve hot with a dip made by mixing equal quantities of Crème Fraiche and Sarson’s Worcester Sauce.
