Mango, Pineapple and Kale Smoothie...


Mango, Pineapple and Kale Smoothie.

Serves: 1 person
Prep time: 5 minutes
British
Vegetarian


Ingredients:
  • 200g Mango Chunks
  • 200g Pineapple Chunks
  • 30g Curly Kale
  • 200ml Rio D’Oro Apple juice


Method:

1. Chop the kale finely.

2. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse till well blended and serve.
