I mentioned a few days ago; how we love making smoothies. For us it is the easiest way of getting most of your 5 a day fruit into your diet.
What a great start to the day or perfect after going to the gym. A few fresh or frozen ingredients with milk also makes the best treats.
- 100g Strawberries, hulled and stalks removed
- 1 large ripe peach, stone removed
- 2 small bananas, peeled and chopped
- 150 ml Skimmed milk
- Place all ingredients into a smoothie maker and blend together until nice and smooth.
