Blueberry, Kiwi, Pineapple, Grape And Apple Juice..

We love to make fresh fruit juice for breakfast. The great thing about making your own juices is that you can experiment with any of your favourite fruit and veg you have in, also it is a great way to use up some fruit that may need using up quickly too.

Today I am sharing a Blueberry, kiwi, pineapple, grape and apple juice:

You will need:
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 50g Blueberries
  • 50g Red grapes
  • 50g Peeled and chopped pineapple
  • 2 Apples

Method:
  1. Wash the blueberries and grape add to juicer.
  2. Add chopped pineapple.
  3. Peel kiwi and chop into 4, add to juicer.
  4. Cut the apple into 4-8 slices and add.
  5. Pop onto setting for extra fibre for a few seconds until all fruit is juiced.
Serve straight away.

Yummy!!

What fruit or veg do you like in your morning  juice!?

  4. This looks really nice, and nutritious as well. I do need to get more fruit in my diet as I don't eat it due to the texture putting me off. Smoothies/juices are a good way for me to get my 5 a day :)

  5. This looks absolutely delicious and so easy to make too! I normally just make banana/apple/spinach smoothies in the morning before I go to the gym but this looks so tempting! x
