Potter’s British Raspberry, Apricot And Almond Cake...

Potter’s British raspberry, apricot and almond cake

A delicious cake filled and decorated with British raspberries.

The gentle apricot puree brings out the natural sweetness from the malt and the almond butter gives a lovely dense structure to the sponge.

A cake recipe to celebrate the Queen’s birthday that is quintessentially British.

The Potter’s British raspberry, apricot and almond cake combines British raspberries and uses Potter’s Malt Extract as a refined sugar replacement.

Potter’s Herbals started as a single shop in London in 1812 and has since grown into a much loved British brand and is the oldest herbal medicine manufacturer in the UK.

The sugar in a malt extract is in the form of maltose which means it is excellent for sustaining blood glucose levels and works as a slow energy release rather than giving you a sugar rush followed by a sudden drop in energy.
