Peach Cardamom Summertime Pops..

Happy Saturday, how is your weekend going? Good, I hope.

How about trying out these Peach Cardamom Summertime Pops now the sunshine is back?

These would make a lovely afternoon treat on the garden in the sunshine.

Delicious and packed with health-promoting vitamin C, this is one cool, refreshing, and creamy treat.

And at only 43 calories per pop, you can even help yourself to two at a time! How nice!

How To Make Peach Cardamom Summertime Pops:

  • 1 Cup Peaches
  • ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cardamom
  • ½ Cup Coconut Water


1. Add all ingredients to your Tall Cup and extract for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into popsicles moulds and freeze for about 4 hours, or overnight.
3. Enjoy!
