Mangorita Summer Blast...

Hello! Happy Sunday. It is going to be a nice and lazy Sunday around here. How about you, any fun plans?

today I have another fun recipe to share with you; Mangorita Summer Blast.

This Blast won’t just increase your intake of antioxidants, it’s the perfect mix for a night among friends!

Mango blends amazingly well with lime, which helps ease digestion woes and has been shown to be especially beneficial for those with diabetes because of its soluble fibre content.

This easy to make smoothie contains handfuls of tasty spinach, ½ of Cup of yummy Mangos, ¼ of juicy lime a little bit of sea salt a few leaves of mint and some Coconut Water. How tasty!!

I love any smoothies with spinach in them as Iknow they are going to have healthy ingredients in them, taste and look great.

Salt the rim of a glass and enjoy!

Perfect for sipping on the garden when sunny.

How To Make A Mangorita Summer Blast:

  • 2 Handfuls Spinach
  • ½ Cup Mangos
  • ¼ Lime
  • ¼ Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 3 Leaves Mint
  • To Max Line Coconut Water

How to make:
  1. Add all of the ingredients to your Tall Cup and extract for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
