Pressure King Pro Recipes...

Hello and happy Saturday. Are you busy this weekend or having a nice relaxing one?

It was my Birthday a few days ago so I have been off out to spend my birthday money today :)

Why is it when you have no spare money you want to buy lots of things, then when you do have some, you do not see anything you like!?

Today I have another recipe for if you have a Pressure King Pro to try :

Chilli Con Carne.

We love chilli con carne here.Served with rice and nachos with melted cheese on, delicious.

How To Make Chilli Con Carne in A Pressure King Pro:

Pressure King Pro cooking time: 30 minutes

  • 400g ground beef
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 50ml Red wine
  • 400g kidney beans, soaked
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 125ml beef stock
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp sugar

  1. Add the beef, onions, garlic, chilli powder, cumin and coriander. Stir together.
  2. Add the wine and stock, tip in the tomatoes and kidney beans, stir in the tomato puree, caster sugar, oregano and bay leaf.
  3. Mix together, close the lid and set the press pressure release valve to closed and press MEAT FUNCTION
