Results With Lucy Breakfast Recipe...

Berry Overnight Oat is voted as one of, 'Results With Lucy' best breakfast recipes.

They are super easy to make and a great, nutritious way to start your day.

Results With Lucy Breakfast Recipe:

Ingredients :
  • 40g oats
  • 250ml of milk, or milk alternative (try almond or hazelnut milk, it’s extra yummy!)
  • 1 small handful of blueberries
  • 1 small handful of sliced strawberries
  • 1 small handful of raspberries
  • (OR 2 handfuls of a frozen berry mix)
  • 2 tbsps of chia seeds

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Leave in the fridge overnight and serve the next morning! It’s as simple as that.

  • Need something to take with you as a an ‘on the go' breakfast or prefer smoothies? You can blend all of the ingredients above to make into a delicious smoothie!
